The new season of the North Shore Pro Musica will begin on Sunday, September 29th, 2019, 5:00 pm, at the Long Island Museum in the Gillespie Room, 1200 Route 25A, Stony Brook, NY 11790. Featured on the program will be the Mozart String Quartet No. 1 in G Major, K.80/73f, The Bax Oboe Quintet and the Borodin String Quartet No. 2in D Major. The performers include Terry Keevil, oboe and the dynamic Whitman String Quartet whose members are Anna Tsukervanik and Joenne Dumitrascu, violins, Stephen Gorgone, Viola and Eric Adamshick, cello. Tickets are $20.00 at the door.
Le Petit Salon de Musique will open it’s ninth season with myself and the masterful pianist Paolo Bartolani performing pieces by J.S. Bach, Bejamin Britten, Robert Schumann and Richard Faith. I will also perform a piece on the duduk. The concert will take place at the Unitarian Church in Stony Brook at 380 Nicholls Road, this Sunday, September 16th, 2018, at 2:00 pm
I’ll be performing in a special chamber music concert at the Kosciuszko Foundation House, 15 East 65th St., New York City this Thursday evening, June 14th, 2018, at 7:00 pm. The group includes Carina Canonico, clarinet, Phuc Phan, cello and Hsin Chiao, piano, as well as myself on oboe. Featured on the program will be the beautiful, evocative quartet, “After Scheherazade” by Murray Cohen.
I’ll be playing oboe and English horn with an excellent band led by Tom Manuel on trumpet, who owns The Jazz Loft in Stony Brook Village. Music from the legendary album “Charlie Parker With Strings” will be on the program.
I’m happy to say that my new CD, “Duduk Creations” has been released and is available on Amazon and cdbaby. It features original melodies performed on the Armenian duduk as well as dance photos of my wife, Sarah.
I’ll be performing a chamber music concert with Song-A Shaughnessy, violin, Chris Shaughnessy, viola and Miho Weber, cello, on Saturday, March 18th, 2017, 5:00 pm in the Archive Building of the Bridgehampton Museum at 2539-A Montauk Highway, Bridgehampton.
Featured on the program will be Benjamin Britten’s “Phantasy Quartet”, the Dohnanyi “Serenade for String Trio” and a duo for violin and viola by Peter Schickele.

I’ll be performing in a special concert with the North Shore Pro Musica this coming Saturday, September 17th, 6:00 pm, at the All Souls Episcopal Church, 61 Main St., Stony Brook, NY 11790. Featured on the program will be Pieces for Oboe and Harp by Bernard Andres, Romance for Oboe d’amore and harp by Yusef Lateef, selections from “Duduk Creations” by Terry Keevil as well as traditional folksongs.
Performers include Betsy Palmedo, soprano, Marge Fitts, harp and Terry Keevil, oboe, oboe d’amore, duduk.

I’ll performing with the Hidden City Orchestra, Wed. evening July 27th, 2016, 7:30 pm at the Gazebo in Southold at the corner of Route 25 and Youngs Ave. We’ll be improvising music, some of the time with poetry in the cool of the evening.
On this Thursday, July 28th at 7:30 pm, I’ll be performing in a production of Peter and the Wolf at the Montauk Playhouse. The show will star dancers from the Hampton Ballet Theatre School
The Long Island Composers Alliance will present a concert of woodwind quintet music at the South County Library in Bellport on Friday, January 23rd, 2015. Featured on the program will be works by LICA composers Marga Richter, George Cork Maul, Herb Deutsch, Jane Leslie and Alan Bring. The performers include:
